"Clean and comfortable "

"Absolutely disgusting. We turned around and left after 20 minutes of inspecting our room with stains, sticky spills, broken tables, cigarettte butts strewn everywhere outside the patio door, and HAIRS IN OUR BED"

"This is not a nice hotel, not sure how it compares to others in the area but it is extremely run down. Shower had hairs in it from previous guest, breakfast is supposed to go til 10 on weekends but it was picked up by 9:30, and I had to get several new keys made because their key machine looks like it’s from the 1800s. I found the staff to be reasonably helpful and kind when I needed something so that was positive, but it was the only positive part to my stay!"

"The lobby, hallways and stairway was filthy. Hallway looked as though it hadn’t been vacuumed in weeks. I’ve never been to an Extended Stay that had nothing in the kitchen but one disposable plastic cup. No dish ware or utensils or any pots or even a dish.front desk closes early and opens lat 10 AM. "

"One of the worse nights we ever had, they booked us in the room where heating unit was so load that we did not sleep all night, will never stay there again"

"Hotel room was visibly dirty, missing decor, broken lamp, towel rack, and hair dryer. The front desk only activated our room key for one night instead of two. We had 3 adults and two kids in our room and only two full sized towels, we asked for additional towels and were told they didn’t have any. "

"They are not maintaining this hotel at all. The back entrance door entry was tie wrapped to keep unlocked due to broken card reader. Trash cans in hall way and outside dumpster was spliiing over. TV controller was broken. Cover of ceiling room light was missing. There is no way to control room temperature so had to open window to cool down room. Had to listen to highway traffic all night. For extended stay hotel, there were no accessories in kitchen, like pots, pans, silverware or...

"Conveniently located near the university. The bed was comfortable and they had lots of towels. Room was very clean. The breakfast was a bit ‘light’ on choices but that was okay. "
