lovely clean room and helpful staff . Worth noting that there is currently scaffolding on the front of the hotel - it was not good value to pay the extra for a seaview room only to look at scaffolding !

This is an okay place to stay while visiting St Leonard’s and Hastings. It seems to be a family-run place and full breakfast is provided and is good.Quick walk to the train and to the beach and laundromat. Some improvements have been made to the property which are cosmetic and actually quite silly. ...

The highlights were the size of the room and the breakfast (the bacon was particularly delicious). The big draw back was that access the swimming pool was a £20 extra charge per adult and £10 for a child which wasn’t particularly clear at the point of booking.
