"We stayed there for 3 nights, and the staff were really nice. The room provides very high-quality cleanliness and is very quiet."

"Relatively clean but had a mild smell of cooking food. Specifically Indian food. Which while delicious is a bit off putting in a hotel. Things were run down and slightly dusty. My aircon didn't work but that was resolved pretty quickly."

"The gentleman that checked me in was very friendly and helpful. However, the hotel is attached to a u-haul pickup/dropoff area. The hallways smelled very weird/ like bleach but not in a clean way. Breakfast included was legit cereal and waffles. All Fruit looked old. Juice watered down. The hotel is not in a good area, but that’s on me. I should have checked that out myself. "

" - No towels! I asked for one and was told that the info sent included the fact there would be no towel. Rereading the email I don't see that mentioned. I have never stayed in a hotel that did not provide towels! - Minimal bedding: one thin duvet. I was so cold I slept in my jacket. (Outside temp was about 9C. on April 29) - Mop left in shower. Shower has mold. - Confirmation email says "Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival." No such request was received. - The house number was not included in the directions. - The first time I called the phone number for the hotel it went to voice mail. To be fair, after that I did get an answer as to the location of the hotel and then text communication."
