"The Property is full of old world charm and very well maintained with all the major amenities provided. The manager was extremely informative regarding dining, entertainment and tourist options. Location is very close to theatre district but be prepared to travel a bit further to if you want multiple dining options. "This was the coolest hotel I’ve stayed in, probably ever. Every staff member I encountered was friendly, helpful, and nothing but lovely. The rooftop is gorgeous, and the beds, bedding and pillows were like sleeping in a cloud. The curtains completely darkened my room and I barely heard a sound like you often do from the streets, hallway or other rooms. When you enter the hotel, it’s like a scavenger hunt with lots of doors that have hidden art behind them. The actual lobby is on the 12th floor...

"Good location. Have stayed in the Drury and Pear Tree Inn at the same location and this place wins hands-down. Excellent breakfast. The staff are super helpful and friendly. Our only issue was that the shower soap and shampoo were out; we had to ask for replacements, but the housekeeping staff just left them in the shower instead of replacing/filling the bottles."

"The stay was great! Clean rooms, the pool area was clean, and the vibes were also there. There is a bar and a cute sitting area the second floor. The only downside was the parking. They had valet for an up charge but there was street parking nearby."

"Genuinely the worst place I've ever stayed at don't advertise a hottub in pictures than have it cemented over waste of money and the showers and toilets don't work for squat tried to shower on 3 separate days and each day the shower would only produce water drops here and there barely enough to fill a small cup all in all never coming back highly recommend going somewhere else if you want a truthful experience"

"The property is very dirty. The showers and beds were clean enough. We had 2 queen beds and were given 2 small throw pillows per bed. When I asked for extra pillows, I was given a single pillow without a pillow case and the stuffing was coming out of a large rip on the seem. Breakfast was coffee, waffles, and cereal, that's it. The hotel is in very run down warehouse like district of the city."
