"Front desk clerk was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean, with a Nespresso coffeemaker, plenty of oversized towels and everything else I needed. Heater kept going on and off on the cold night, but the temperature was kept where I wanted it. It's a good value for the money, especially in this neighborhood."

"We had an amazing experience at Nobu Palo Alto. From the moment we booked, everything was smooth and well taken care of. Huge shoutout to Josue for helping us secure both the room and our dinner reservation — he made the whole process effortless. And Chef Charlie at the chef’s counter was incredible. His food recommendations were spot on and truly elevated the entire dining experience. The staff was friendly and attentive, the room was cozy and comfortable, and the amenities were great.
