"Found a bedbug in our room on 5th day of our stay. My wife and I were very upset but the hotel general manager was only interested making excuses rather than comforting us. She also implied that we brought the bedbugs with us. We weren't offered another room as we might spread them but we were welcome to move to another hotel, they told us. "The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "

"The penthouse had a sofa bed that had a horrible mattress and the bed made loud noises even with slight movement. Couldn’t sleep all night and woke up with backache and a headache. The lady at the front desk was rolling her eyes at the other guests. Not worth the money. Worst bed I have ever slept on, the view from the penthouse was also not good."

"Quick and easy overnight trip. Easy check in and out and even were offered drinks on their rooftop. Lovely, clean, and efficient space with amazing views. And conveniently located on top of the train station. Can not beat that. Would recommend 10/10"

"Fantastic location, just a 5 min walk from Victoria station. Staff are great, so friendly. Room was lovely. It didn’t have the advertised chandelier though. The wardrobe wasn’t tall enough for my maxi dresses but i was able to hang them on the outside which was fine. Plenty of hangers. Gorgeous cake and cookies in room on arrival. Other than the tiny issues I can’t fault it. We didn’t have breakfast as it was rather expensive for what we would eat but the small plates we had one evening were...
