"Staff was great and very helpful from valet to the desk to bellman, bar and restaurant. The type of room I had reserved were all given away when I checked in. Instead of giving a refund, they offered an upgrade to a 2 room suite with a balcony, which I happily accepted. It made my week long working trip much more stress free. The bathroom in the suite was surprisingly small, but had everything I needed. Loved my morning Nespresso."
