"This property was really good — I would have given it 5 stars, but during my stay only one elevator was working, which was pretty frustrating. Aside from that, I truly enjoyed my visit. The staff was incredibly kind, funny, and welcoming. From check-in to seeing them throughout my stay, they made the experience feel more personal — like interacting with friends. Hands down, this was the most friendly team I’ve encountered at any Hyatt property. Kudos to the hiring manager for putting together such an amazing staff!"

"For the price of the room, I was not impressed. I have stayed at cheaper hotels for the night and are cleanier than this one. The fake flowers as you walk in give it a cheap look, one of the two elevators were working for all six floors. The carpets felt like they were coming up with evey step and the bed sheets were wrinkled. The room has a musty smell as well as the hallway. Bathroom shower kept clogging up. Breakfast was ok, coffee machine was broken and the juices in the machine were watered down, not sure why. "

"When I arrived, there was an key issue which wasn't a big deal. They sorted the issue out with myself and others waiting in the lobby. I was let in my room but still didn't get a key until the next morning. I was kinda unable to leave again without assistance. "
