"When i got into the room it wasn't a king bed like i rsvp it was 2 double beds. Walking into room heat was the highest it would go n the thermostat was broken. The refrigerator was frozen into not working and water sitting on all shelves... we despite all that continuing on to stay but after seeing roches EVERYWHERE i went down and got a refund. Disgusting.
