"The room was clean. There was no hot water in the morning. Something in the bathroom (hot water heater??) was leaking. When had the shower running to try and get hot water, it leaked out of the stall. Soap dispenser was basically empty. Location has conveniences but was a little less than safe feeling. Bad smell in the hallway of our floor. Would not stay again."

"The worst part about this place is that you eventually have to leave. It was the most delightful experience and I hope to be back. The saunas and experiences were 5 stars.
