"Room service , more street side seating "

"Original room supposed to be in King size bed. The reason why I booked a hotel is to get in jacuzzi cuz I work a very physical strenuous job. Due to uncircumstances someone flooding the king size room. They gave me a room with queen size beds but with shower so I couldn't soak and be able to take care of my body. I usually go to these hotels to have access to the jacuzzi. I want to go look at the jacuzzi look like nothing was wrong just look dirty. 😞 I wish Expedia can explain the up-to-date amenities that's not available on the website. "

"Was very noisy at night not sure where banging and load talks were coming from kept my old age mother awake and myself all night Didn’t feel safe while back side door from second floor was kept unlocked easy access for anyone to come inside building to rooms. However the room was very clean and neat other than the noise and didn’t feel safe "

"Wife found a bug crawling on the bed. Other than that the room was comfortable. Freeway noise could be a factor for some, not us. Easy freeway access as it is right off the freeway. "
