"Checked in at 11 PM and had to wait 10 minutes at the desk for somebody to show up to complete check-in process.
Room door deadbolt broken!! Propped ironing board and chair against the door.
Broken hair dryer and alarm clock, gross surfaces, dirty black out curtains partially hanging off their hooks, that if you shut them fully block the air conditioning unit, wallpaper peeling back around air-conditioning, revealing mold, sofa very dirty. The shower curtain has cigarette burn holes in it. Deeply stained carpet had not been vacuumed. Wall thermostat doesn't work you have to use the controls on the AC unit after you prop the curtains up so they do not block airflow. Room eventually cooled efficiently with smelly air, but coo. Dirty wall surfaces with globs of something on the closet doors. Food that hasn't been wiped off the ottomans, Heavy odors of smoke in hallway and room. Four floor hotel with only one ice machine working on floor 2. Bedding did not looked laundered well, sheets gray, too. MATTRESS WAS COMFORTABLE, go figure. Dust dust dust everywhere including headboard, lamps, room decor... counter tops in bathroom appeared cleaned. Decent shower.
Horrible horrible Wi-Fi speeds, couldn't work. It was too late at night to not stay. Still waiting for info as to whether we will be refunded for the night we did NOT stay due to checked out of this nasty hotel.
Coffee was good..."
"Enjoyed the stay with two exceptions. First is the self check in kiosk. I had a problem so I hit help request. After ten minutes I gave up and went to the desk. The second was I couldn’t adjust the room A/C unit in the room. It said it was set for 65* but both nights both my wife and I woke up in the middle of the night sweating. But overall it was a good stay."
