"For the price we paid for this stay we were extremely disappointed. From the moment we pulled in the driveway it was quite clear we had been misled by the online information. The building it’s very run down.
The bed was hard and very uncomfortable, the ceiling and walls were very discoloured and patchy with posters thumb tacked to the walls. The toilet was not bolted down properly and leaked on the floor.
The location is not near any amenities and dispite what the website says, there is not one vending machine.
The beach is very close so that was a bonus.
As for staff, it’s impossible to rate someone that we never saw. We stayed 2 nights and didn’t meet an employee.
Had this place been half as expensive, we may have felt a bit differently, but still, would be pushing it. We would not recommend."
"First of all, the room was very clean, the hotel seemed very clean and nice. After visiting grandparents in Bismarck, we got back to the hotel with our swimsuits on, and ask the staff if the pool was still open, they said it was closed. We said for the night? They said no temporarily closed. Didn't you see the sign? And honestly there were a bunch of signs and I didn't see the sign and wasn't told anything about this and I got a 11-year-old little girls that was super excited to swim. I think they should have to post that on their website or at least tell you when you walk in to check in that the pool's down. And when we asked if it was still open, they were very rude about it. Other than that, the breakfast was amazing. The rooms were very clean. It just sucked because the pool was half the reason I booked the hotel in the first place."
"Conviently located closed to interstate 94 and highway 83.
Entrance to the hotel off the street is a left into a driveway that is not well marked to the hotel so can be a bit confusing. Its very comfortable once in the hotel."
