"Lovely Hotel with very helpful staff.
Unfortunately we had a night of no sleep. I informed the hotel that I was celebrating my Mother's 80th Birthday. I paid for a deluxe quadruple room for myself my Mother and my Daughter. The room was pleasant but smaller than images on the website and I feel overpriced for the size of room.Also we were kept awake by wedding guests right outside our window making lots of noise and swearing until the early hours! "Had a excellent 2 night stay at Daresbury Park, just a short Uber into Warrington Centre for a music Festival.
Did online check in as we wouldn't arrive until after 11.30pm. 24hr reception, staff were pleasant, polite and very efficient.
Had two excellent breakfasts, however only one coffee machine meant a fair queue built up in busy times, maybe need to think about this unless that weekend was particularly busy?
Twin room was clean and tidy on arrival, the bathroom really good with an excellent...

"We had the most wonderful stay.
The staff were so helpful and friendly. They left a beautiful cake for my birthday! The breakfast was exceptional, nice view of the canal. The hotel smelt amazing and they had all the amenities you will need. I will definitely be staying again."

"Generally the rooms are to a high standard. The breakfasts are excellent, and the staff really friendly. Easy car parking. Only quibble is that we tried to book another 2 day stay, the system didn’t allow this - wanted 3 or more: this may vary with time of year."

"The Lemon Tree was perfect for what we needed. Conveniently located (to both public transport and for cars), and nice rooms in an oldish and interesting building. Amenities and staff were all excellent. Breakfast great. And quiet at night. I’m going to recommend it to others."
