"The room was quite large and very clean, very comfortable bed with good accrss to the dog walk on the side of the building. The room was very quiet compared to other hotels that we have stayed in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating to any requests we had. The hotel had good parking for small or medium sized vehicles but a little tight for our truck. All in all we had a very good stay and would recommend this hotel for anyone e travelling to Canmore."

"A reasonable and economic choice for Canmore. The property is a bit older and worn and lacks the fancy accoutrements of surrounding properties (such as indoor water slides)...but who cares? The room was quiet and mostly clean. The intake and output vents of the heating system need a thorough, overdue vacuuming. The shower has a tricky method which I did not figure out. When I spoke to the front desk staff about it later, he indicated that there should be a plaque with the instructions on the bath room wall. I hadn't seen any such instruction plaque."

"The front staff was super friendly, they gave recommendations about things to do, they even give my kids free cookies at check in! Oh and the restaurant meals are top notch with friendly bar staff too!! I signed up as a coast member, my family and I will definitely stay again!"

"Everything with this inn was amazing. The staff so friendly and helpful. The rooms were so comfortable we stayed an extra night. The beds were so comfortable you wont want to get up. Wine and cheese every night was in the gathering room with many friendly people. I definitely recommend."

"Our stay here was pretty hit-or-miss. Right off the bat, finding the place was annoying because the sign out front is tiny and super easy to drive right past. Check-in was quick but felt more transactional than welcoming. heads-up on the location, for now don’t expect Uber or any bus stops. A cab into Canmore runs about $30 each way. You can grab coffee or a bottle of wine nearby, but there are no grocery stores, so definitely stock up beforehand. The underground parking is great, and the bed was surprisingly firm and comfortable. That said, the amenities are pretty basic, only a couple of units have real mountain views, and our bath towels were visibly stained and dirty, which was gross. The one bedroom with pull out would be comfortable for a couple with two kids max. Honestly, it’s tough to find real value in this area, so I get why people book it. It does the job if you have a car, just need to step up their housekeeping and amenities."
