"Your staff, from reception [Olivia] to bar staff and bar manager were so helpful and kind. We also met a couple of other staff members [new there, from your other hotel]. Such lovely people. We wnjoyed speaking with everyone and getting insight about the manor."

"The room was very clean and the bed comfortable. The reception staff were helpful and friendly. It is close to a miller and carter just across the carpark. There is also a well stocked Asda express close by. The breakfast is a included in the price and is very good with lots of choice."

"Food was good and homemade. But rooms need much investment. Mattress you could feel the springs. Pillows lumpy. Kettle lid broken. Shelf in bathroom broken. Blind broken. Tv had electrical fault and kept coming on during the night. "

"lovely setting in the bucolic village of Wansford, elegant hotel with very well kept and attractive interior. Check in was great with a very helpful member of staff, full of information about the hotel and different dining styles. We had a great night in a comfortable room, well appointed. Our only problem was that the breakfast service was very slow. I understand that the service was very busy but from arrival to redelivery of our breakfast was over 3/4 of an hour, and some people who...
