"Room was adequate, nothing spectacular but the staff was very pleasant and helpful. The best amenity is the free shuttle to the airport with the very reasonable rate to leave the car in the airport. I would stay there again. "

"Room was comfortable, good location to the airport, not so good on the staff. They only had one person doing maintenance, front desk and shuttle service. The shuttle van was just a white van with a paper sign taped to the window so you could barely see it when you’re at the airport looking for them. We called and they said they’d be there in 10-15 minutes. we had to call again and they admitted they forgot about us. Took about 30-40 minutes. This actually happened to us twice. And with having only one person at the front and also doing the shuttle, they put a sign up on their front desk says we’ll be back in 20 to 30 minutes to help you please be patient. Not good when you’re checking in and you’re tired and there’s nobody around to help you. Would not recommend! "
