"Good location Not far from tram stop or city centre . Staff all very pleasant . Food for breakfast service was very good plenty of choices and in a unique setting . Only issue was I had a room in the building opposite on the courtyard and it didn't have air conditioning . It was boiling hot especially the week I stayed and the temperatures were in the high twenties (C) "
