"Our room (the senior suite) was really spacious and had everything we needed. All of the staff we interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. They let us store our suitcase upon checkout and booked us a taxi to the airport. The breakfast was very good and had everything you could want from hot food, cereals, meats, cheeses, yogurt, toast and pastries. The hotel was in a great location for sightseeing in Prague and there were numerous bars and restaurants within a short walk. The bath robes and slippers were a lovely touch and there were plenty of fresh towels, coffee and tea replenished daily. I would definitely stay here again if I visited beautiful Prague!"

"We had a very enjoyable stay at Diplomat Hotel Prague. The hotel is beautifully decorated throughout and feels modern and well maintained. Our room was spacious and very clean, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. The bed was large and comfortable, and we really appreciated the separate duvets. When we requested extra pillows, reception delivered them quickly. The bathroom was spacious with a bath and shower, large mirror and good quality amenities including shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The room also included thoughtful extras such as a safe, shoe care items, mini fridge with complimentary water, multiple seating areas and a large TV with Netflix and YouTube. Complimentary breakfast was included and offered a good variety of tasty options. The hotel facilities are excellent, including a spa, gym, hot tub, sauna and multiple restaurants. There is also parking on site and free water available in the lobby. The location is convenient for both the city centre and airport via tram and bus, with shops nearby. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only downsides were a slight odour in the room and weak air conditioning, as the room became quite warm at times. Overall, a comfortable and well equipped hotel with great amenities and service."

"Weird smell in the room. One coffee machine at breakfast between the hundreds of people in the hotel is ridiculous. €10 per use of the gym is not a service that the hotel includes. It's a separate company, ripping off hotel customers. "

"Location was central to everything, right at the beginning of Charles bridge. The rooms were spacious and clean. Too notch service! We came back to our room and were surprised with a complimentary bottle of champagne for my birthday by the hotel. George on the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast was delicious with lots of variety. Even mimosas:) Highly recommend staying here"
