"The Internet and our area of the hotel did not work. Reported it to the front desk on the first day of our stay and nothing was fixed. Room was not made up after our first day and only made up on our second day. Coffee at the coffee bar was overpriced at $4.50 per cup. Overall, a very disappointing experience."

"Rooms are nowhere near the quality of the pictures on the site. Very dirty, many broken things. Unsafe feeling in the environment. Found another hotel and left this one. Was told they would refund us because of the quality issue but haven't seen a refund yet almost a week later."

"The 1st room had a used syringe with blood what's on the stove. So I asked for a different room. The corner of the dresser had fallen off in this room. There was no pillows. I asked the housekeeper that was in the hallway for pillows and he replied somebody must have taken them off the bed so you have to go downstairs and ask for some. And when I went downstairs to ask for some the guy at the desk who had just slept out of there checking and room said there was three pillows just on the bed....
