"Gorgeous hotel, perfect location, amazing staff "

"Staff was friendly, even allowed me and my toddler to check in early when we arrived. Room was clean. Shower had very strong water pressure - always a plus! Bathroom door veneer was peeling off, but this seems to be the case in many NYC hotels due to lack of vent fans in NYC bathrooms. Stayed here before and would stay here again. "

"The housekeeping staff was incredible-- I've never been to a hotel room that was as impeccable as this one. I had gotten a fairly cheap rate (last-minute booking) and had read the reviews about the cleanliness, but I didn't believe it until I saw it. Couldn't recommend it enough-- the staff was friendly, the location was ideal, and the rooms were spotless. I will definitely be staying here next time I visit."

"We would definitely stay here again. Great location. Staff was professional, especially Rosa, at the front desk. As we had a late flight the next day we were also able to make a say use reservation to stay here until 6pm. No hassle at all and we were able to stay in our original room!"

"Room was amazing! Very clean and spacious! Fantastic view! Staff was incredibly kind and attentive. As we were checking in, the gentleman who was behind the desk noticed we had our young daughter with us and he ensured we had a higher floor with an amazing view of Times Square and also gave her a care package with a coloring book. Highly recommend and we will be staying here again!"
