"Kid friendly happy place resort. Spacious room. Helpful staff. Unfortunately, we had ants in our room that we discovered the first night after unpacking. The resort offered to spray our room which we declined because we didn’t want to be exposed to the spray. They also offered to find us a similar room, but with 6 people that already unpacked, we decided to stay where we were. We felt that there were a lot of crumbs left from the prior guests which probably contributed to the ants. Aside from the ants, we had a good time."

"The room was clean but slightly outdated for the prices they are charging for them. The rooms could definitely use an update. My oldest daughter fell and hurt her leg while we were there and the staff was super nice at the time and told us they would check in on her and we never heard from them after that. I was told that we would be able to do the Soaky Mtn for $24.99 a person when I communicated with someone online, at the hotel was told it was $34.99 and that person told me wrong. During registration for my room there was a little mix up about the resort fee. I thought it was all included when I booked online, but it wasn’t. The lady that I was dealing with (she was very nice but I can’t remember her name) got a manager and the manager said she would refund one of the resort fees for me. I just got home and looked at my bank account, they charged me another resort fee and then refunded that one. So she didn’t do what she told me she would Overall it’s still a pretty good value for the price and we would go back"
