"The food was good, the room was clean, but there was no water in the jacuzzi. My remote was working sometimes, kept having problems changing the channels. The toilet barely flushed, you had to stand there push the handle twice and hold it completely down while the water took a minute to go down, And of course the elevators is still broken. Everytime I come one elevator is out of service, and one take you to different floors that you didn’t press. The one that do work the lights on it don’t work so you don’t know if the button is pressed or not so somebody always try another floor to see if it light up, then we do extra stops that’s not needed making the ride even longer. Other then all that the food and drinks were good, and the staff were friendly. They really need to fix those things, then I I’ll be able to say it’s my favorite hotel again."
