"I had a really pleasant experience overall, stayed for a week. The hotel itself was in great shape, and I stayed in the North Tower, which has been remodeled—it was modern, very clean, and well-maintained.
The staff throughout my stay were friendly and welcoming, which made a big difference. My room was comfortable, especially the bed, which was excellent for a good night’s sleep. I also appreciated how solid the walls were—I never heard any noise from neighboring rooms, which isn’t always the case in hotels.
One unexpected highlight was walking around the attached mall area. It was pretty empty during my visit, which actually made for a quiet, relaxing place to explore.
The only downsides were that the pool was closed during my stay, and there was no notice about this on either of the hotel’s websites. That was disappointing. I also wish the rooms had smart TVs or an easy way to mirror content from your phone, as that would have made downtime more enjoyable.
Overall, a clean, comfortable, and quiet stay with just a couple of areas that could be improved."
