"We got two bottles of free water. The supermarket is close but walking is tiring in the heat. The train station is 5 min walk away but currently the road is under construction so 2x that. We could park free. The amphitheater is 25 min walk away. The breakfast is good and the room is clean. No restaurant without walking a bit but I still think for traveling with family this is a better choice."

"The place was clean, check in was smooth, location was very central. Balcony was nice to sit out and watch life in Vernona. Music played downstairs until 2 am and you could hear it in the bedrooms. It was air conditioned but not cold - cool at the most. Could hear every step the tenants upstairs took. I would stay here again just bring ear plugs for sleeping"

"The hotel is very well situated, about a 10 minute walk from Verona. We managed to disembark a flight, get to the hotel, walk into Verona and be seated for a performance of Aida within an hour! The room was spacious and cool with standard facilities. It looks like it was very grand at one point (lots and lots of beautiful marble) but other aspects are very tired. The sofas in reception were badly faded, saggy and worn and let the place down a bit. Breakfast was perfectly good but not outstanding as lower selection of hot items. But we were there for one night and it was perfectly good."

"Hotel Serenella is a hidden gem in the heart of Sirmione. The staff at this hotel truly know what hospitality is all about. EVERY member of the staff make you feel not only like a valued guest but a member of the family. The location is wonderful and in walking distance to all the shops and restaurants of Old Town as well as the ferry. Need anything… just ask.. a restaurant recommendation, where to park in Verona… special breakfast… DONE Hotel Serenella is simply wonderful!"
