"When we booked this hotel, the description stated there is onsite parking. But when we checked in, the staff told us there was no onsite parking and we had to park at coin operated parking lot in the area. "

"One of the best hotels we stayed at on our Kyushu trip. Ukiha rest station at our door step with plenty of food options. We also enjoyed a communal meal at the common dining area and made a few new international friends .
Rooms were lit and clean, service was top notch. Location is pretty central to explore kurume, the Ukiha orchards or down to Hita and even Oita .

"No elevator. The reception is on 2nd floor. The ground floor is with strong cigarette smell. My reservation was for a non-smoking room. However, there was cigarette smell (via A/C?).
And, I saw a man (a guest?) smoking in front of the reception desk.
The staff was friendly and willing to help. They carried my bag up to my room (on 3rd floor) and down to the ground floor.
It could be a good choose for smokers and weight lifters."
