"This was a pretty basic hotel. It needed renovating. The paint was peeling on the floor of my shower pretty bad. I had no trash can at all in my room. There was something weird going on with the shower curtain and it wasn’t big enough to spread across the whole shower so bathroom floor always wet. My room had 1 window, I didn’t expect an ocean view necessarily, but the view from my window was right into the hallway where people walked, all I could see was the hallway wall. They only had...

"The original room had no balcony and a ‘jetted tub’ which was a small bathtub you had to step into and no walk in shower - NOT what we were expecting! Brandon switched rooms for us and the rest of the stay was amazing!"

"The hotel itself was beautiful. The room were stayed in on our second visit was not half as nice as the first room er stayed in a couple of months ago. You should offer free breakfast. To pay for something that is limited is poor service. There was also no streaming for Netflix."

"Excellent experience at Indigo Inn during our stay. Staff are all friendly. Room was clean & quiet, bed comfortable. Breakfast and evening wine & cheese were held in lobby so we had frequent interaction with front desk. Would highly recommend this property. Great location and walkable to all activities. We stayed without a car and walked everywhere with Lyft to Magnolia Gardens & Airport. Hotel has its own parking area."

"This was the best hotel I’ve stayed at in a long time! The staff was incredibly friendly, the rooms were spotless, and everything about the stay felt welcoming and comfortable. We booked multiple rooms, and the one-bedroom suite was especially amazing for our family of three during our week-long stay. It felt like a mini apartment and gave us plenty of space while we had family visiting for a graduation. We were often up late talking and catching up, yet we never received a single complaint...

"First time at Hyatt Place sc location was nice. Sheena at the front desk was awesome. She made our long trip so meaningful. She was kind, professional, caring , godly young woman. She loved her job and it was evident that she was just a generally caring person. My mobility is not good and she went above and beyond from the first greeting to our last step. Kindness is a rarity but it goes so far and speaks volumes about a person. God bless Sheena in all that she does to help strangers feel...
