"The pool was not clean, rusty and there were no towels. Also it is open from 10 Am that does not give a guest an opportunity to use it in the morning of the day that you check out. Having a pool was one of the reasons why I chose the hotel. Very inconvenient and inconsiderate!"

"Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was not good, coffee was fresh. If you do not shower nightly while there is hot water, "DO NOT EXPECT ANY HOT WATER BY MORNING", there is none. The only hot water you will have is at the sink. I feel that is very poor being that this is not a big or huge hotel, it only has one elevator, and it is slow. Thanks, but no thanks. Nice stay for cleanliness, terrible stay for hot water to shower."

"I am giving this hotel a 1-star overall rating because my stay was extremely disappointing and honestly unacceptable. The biggest issue was the condition of our room. It felt very damp and had a strong mold and mildew smell the entire time we were there. It got so bad that my wife and I had to make a trip to Walmart just to buy DampRid and Lysol Air Sanitizer spray to make the room somewhat bearable. "We came back to our hotel room one afternoon to realize there were no parking spots available. When we called the front desk we were told there was an event happening and we (the paying guest at what we thought was our home away from home) were told to park in remote parking. Essentially the event people were given priority over guests. This is not acceptable behaviour for a hotel. We will not be staying at a Hilton property in the future."

"Looks like a new facility that was exceptional in it's cleanliness and maintenance. Staff could care less. They have a paying job. Two exceptions to the statement about the staff were a young lady who suddenly walked through the front door to check us in after we had been standing at registration about 10 to 12 minutes. The other exception was a maid (i.e. after I had returned to the hotel after breakfast out, "I " greeted the two idel employees at registration with..." good morning "....
