Khách sạn Sông Kelau

"We had a wonderful stay at the apartment. Spacious, nice view of cable car and the mountain. Very clean and host is very responsive. The security system of the building is good. The facilities were great, it has a bowling alley, indoor pool, indoor fun pool, golf simulator, hummock garden, outdoor playground, a small indoor trampoline room, etc. Definately exceeded my expectation. The walk to Sky World theme park is manageable, about 15 mins walk. Sheltered link bridge all the way with...

"Pretty gd and will book again if i'm back in Genting :)"

"Room was cleaned and ambients was great. Only thing was price was slightly higher, limited food options at the mall. Could attract more guest if price was more adjusted for sure because no it was a residence with no room service. Enjoy the stay nevertheless"

"There are kitchen cabinets but nothing apart from a kettle and 2-3 cups. Would appreciate a microwave or some plates and forks and knifes"

"We booked 2 room via expedia - email to hotel reservation team - they confirmed all booking . When we check in, they say we have 1 room only. We have to wait 1 hours , show email to them then they say yes. Wasting time cause of your room management system "

"No toilet paper. Unit has moldy air conditioning units. Couldn’t sleep in bedroom. Checkin process was terrible. Self checkin which took 45 minutes"

"The breakfast options were quite limited, and food items were frequently not replenished unless specifically requested by guests. To make matters worse, the coffee machine was out of order, with management attributing it to peak season wear — an excuse that falls short of the standards expected at this level. Overall, the property does not quite live up to its 4-star rating. The one saving grace is its convenient location. For those seeking a genuinely superior experience, The Chateau nearby is...

"The communication with the host was pathetic and their were no clear direction regarding checkin. You basically go outside besides road side and get your key card. The room was okay but the Bedsheets had yellow stains and they looked dirty. Mattress would give you backache for sure. Avoid if possible."

"stopover ist es ok. sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter"

"We had a pleasant 3D2N stay at Swiss-Garden Hotel & Residences. One of the highlights was being allowed to check in early (subject to availability during the day) which we really appreciated. Breakfast offered a good variety of choices, and the staff were friendly, willing to refill food, and housekeeping did a good job making up the room and offer more drinking water. However, there are several areas that could be improved. First, the parking instructions were unclear, and as first-time...

"Parking ok"

"the bed is not plush type, can feel the springs :/ hard on the edges so when you try to get off the bed it can be quite uncomfortable when dangling legs over the edge of the bed. toilet is well maintained, clean. staff receives most points for being courteous and kind."

"La mejor opción, calidad relación precio para un fin de semana."
