"1/ I had a little problem right on the 1st day I arrived ( Sat 15th at 5:00PM ) with a lady on the front desk, when I asked just a few coffees cups, she said per her computer, someone said already sent, I told her I was in the room 2610 few minutes ago and the cups were not there, she still insisted someone already mark done, just like I am a liar on some coffee paper cups. I went back to my room (2610) and nothing there. then I called front desk again and told a gentleman who answer the phone...
