"so, I really only had contact with a real person on my 3rd day there, the office was open and i wanted to let them know of a concern. they did check in on me via text on my 1st and 3rd or 4th? housekeeping does not come on a daily basis; no one cleaned the room the entire stay. room needed some repairs and tlc. it was obviously awhile since that happened. do not stay on the lower level you can hear every noise from up above. They have a separate locked Luggage room that you can use to store your items if your room isn't available yet (we got off our cruise early AM and room wasn't ready until PM as expected).
