"Very disappointed with this Schwan Locke in Munich. We had stayed at the Edinburgh and had enjoyed our stay so we booked the Munich location. Right at the beginning we ran into issues. Poor signage for registration has you going from the main door on the right to the door on the left that has a registration sign with a small arrow referring you back to the other door. We pressed the door release and it wouldn’t open and the door was locked. I called the number with no answer and no response to...

L'hotel non dispone di strutture idonee oltre alle camere: sala colazioni piccola, bisogna utilizzare la lobby che praticamente sull'uscita. Colazione stile autogrill, da evitare. "Our experience at Cocoon Hotel was disappointing from the moment we arrived. When we got there at 1:00 PM, there were more than 15 people waiting in the lobby, which is quite small. None of the staff even bothered to greet guests or provide any information. A simple acknowledgment or update about the possibility of early check-in would have gone a long way.
