The overall room looked dirty but was mainly just old and stained. The beds were clean, however, the sink was jam packed with food and the water wouldn’t drain properly. It would have been impossible for housekeeping to have cleaned the sink and not notice it was not draining and why."

"Rooms smelled of cigarette smoke. Lack of cleanliness. No bedsheets for the sofa bed. When we opened the sofa bed, a ton of coins fell out onto the ground."
