"Where do I start? The dirty floor? The dirty shower with low to no pressure? The stained comforter? The cigarette burn holes in the sheets? The toilet paper jammed into door eyelet? The mold on the ceiling and shotty wall patchwork? The overall, humidity in the room? OR should I mention the lack of security when I asked to get a new room key and was never ID’d or verified? Didn’t feel very secure after that. The breakfast was lack luster at best. I can’t imagine the staff being proud of this...

"Loved the room and the bar and restaurant off the lobby. Did not like the fact that there was no coffee in the lobby."

"On the last day of our stay we did not receive housekeeping service so our room was not cleaned, which resulted in no fresh linen. When asked for fresh linen there was none only the floor mat and was told we could not receive any fresh linen until 9am the next day. This was frustrating because we had an early morning flight. We were given floor mats to use to bathe, which is so inappropriate. Other than that we had a fairly okay experience."

"I struggle with even writing this because the staff was so friendly. But please be aware that the pictures provided are very outdated. The hotel themselves look to have aged 20 years since the pictures were taken. The bedding was not very comfortable and at times smelled like cigarette smoke. Outside of these issues the area was quiet and always had parking available."

"The staff printed out the documents that I needed for my air travel with no charge . There is no elevator . Hard to carry suitcases up and down for old folks like us. There is no drinking water. Have to buy from the vending machine using cash . They could serve some eggs for breakfast . Otherwise bf was good. Overall good value for the money . Had shuttle service from and to Chicago O’Hare ."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Hampton by Hilton. Room was clean and upgraded. The staff were pleasant and helpful. There were cookies out when we would come back at the end of the day and always water bottles available. We loved the pool and hot tub. Would recommend"

"Amazing staff"

"Everything was absolutely awesome for me...... Unfortunately, for many others their check in may lasted upwards of 8 hours... An ugly, painful 8 hours... I witnessed it with my own eyes... Many others as well... The poor staff didn't deserve that nor did other guests with rooms. You know a bed, food, shower, toilet.... All that fun stuff especially, after you've been charged for it and are stuck in this pickle that greedy ass owners want to save a buck... Kudos to Karen for getting it resolved...

"Nice Lounge area to relax"

"It was a very late check in because of flight delays and so we were so exhausted we just wished for a seamless check in and get our room to rest but the front desk staff Demetrius went above and beyond and made our stay a wonderful one. He was very pleasant, professional, helpful and was attentive to our needs. Thank you, Demetrius for helping us ease our stressful day"

"The Property was beautiful! When we walked in, the first utterance out of our mouths was "Wow!" Street parking was easy. The room "The Chalet" that we stayed in was spacious with many amenities and was spotless. The bed was very comfortable as well! And being on the third story, we got our stair steps in for our trip! Haha."

We arrived in our bride and groom attire and the staff cheered for us as we walked in, which was such a fun and memorable moment. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. The room was cozy and comfortable, and the breakfast was great too. "The room was old and smelly , there was no water pressure in the bathroom, I had to call the hotel 5 times and waited 2.5 hours at the airport to be picked up, when I call to ask where is the driver the agent was very rude the driver was nice however the airport bus was old and it had a foul smell."
