"The toilet did not flush ! Ihad to remove the tank lid and lift the stopper. It was late and I neede to get to sleep rather than wait for a repairman.
In the morning the room was cool and I attempted to adjust the thermostat and it was flashing a battery symbol. I reported it to the desk attendant and he apologized.
How can a room be cleaned by an employee and not notice these issues?
I was expecting better from HIlton."

"From the time I stepped in the hotel, the staff was already very accommodating. The receptionist during the day was also very hospitable, same as the night staff.
The breakfast was GREAT for this level of hotel. There were a lot of selections. The Filipino guy and the Black American lady were very courteous and helpful. They were ALWAYS filling the warm trays. The selections included but not limited to hot pancakes, bacon, scramble eggs and omelets, meat patty, etc. I also like the 24 hr hot...
