"There was hair in the bath so I couldn’t have a shower but my partner still had a shower and then we checked out around 3 instead of the actual time which was 11 the stafff was amazing very welcoming I would like to come again but I hope the room will be more clean when visiting as I did enjoy the pool and the garden "

"Issue as soon as we arrived, they had only reserved one room and not two. Room was full of Damp, and Carpet was wet (had to walk around with shoes on). Loud Music until late hours. Uncomfortable bed, however pillows were lovely. Staff were friendly, however i wouldn't stay here again. Felt unsafe as solo traveller. Resturant was cloaed."

"The room was freshly renovated. The beds were huge.
I unfortunately had a sick relative in the hospital nearby. This was a very convenient location to stay. The staff doing late check in were great and they were and have been super compassionate and helpful during and after my stay.
I would highly recommend for location and customer service. I would in particular mention the manager Paoula who was outstanding in the level of customer service she delivered when I had a difficult query."

Requested for manager to call ne re complaint no call,i made 4 call toll charged kept waiting average 15 minutes for them to find manager only to have to hang up due to cost. Would advise anyone not to go here,staff great manager useless. Half of evening menu unavailable both nights"

"This is my second or third stay at this hotel, and unfortunately I’ve experienced repeated issues with the rooms, particularly the showers. On previous stays, I had to change rooms multiple times due to either no hot water or electricity outages.
On this visit, the shower handle and overhead shower had very little water pressure, making them unusable. I ended up having to shower using the tap. By that point, I didn’t have the energy to go back to reception to request another room change.
