"Everything was perfect... To my understanding, it's a more newly constructed facility, it has a prime location, it's close to a variety of restaurants and even the outlet Mall. Breakfast was served on time each morning with a nice selection/variety, my room was large & clean the bed was very comfortable & I slept quite peacefully, I stayed on the first floor and couldn't hear any noise or distractions. Staff was polite, professional & courteous, especially "Hope"... I highly recommend this hotel and will return on my next trip!"

"As soon as I walked into the room, I knew something was not right. There was no bedspread on the bed, and there were three pillows, only two of which were in pillowcases, sitting on the nightstand stand. I just assumed they were trying to save money by cutting back on linens. I grabbed one of the pillows and started to take a nap and shortly thereafter discovered a bug crawling on my arm. I looked inside the pillow case and saw one other live bug and two dead ones. The room also did not have a phone which was unusual for Motel 6. It just felt like I got the room on the end that was devoted to hourly rate customers. I complained at the desk and they assigned me to a new room which did in fact match my normal Motel 6 expectations. I have no idea what was going on with that first room assignment. "

"We checked in later in the afternoon. Decide to stay at the hotel for dinner instead of going out. We waited a long time at the bar to receive service from anyone. I approached the gentleman at the front desk and was told someone would be back soon. They were on break. We waited a while longer. We were told by other dinners we should probably go somewhere else if we expected good service in Jackson. They were correct! "

"Clean rooms and great daytime staff and overall a good value. Not many other options in the area to choose from. Elevators weren’t working during our stay and had to use stairs but we didn’t mind the exercise except when carrying luggage up and down. Nighttime staff was nonexistent. Waited 10 minutes trying to find someone to check out and no one was in the building which was concerning. "
