"Not as expected. When I booked this hotel after good reviews and seeing all pictures with tourists, I thought this ideal location for stay in Agra. Unfortunately I was wrong it’s not as clean as I expected and had small room. Bathrooms had flies inside. Staff were good and helpful. It was not ideal as other chain hotels. It’s like what you pay is wha you get!!"

"Rooms are good, but little delayed service, 85% cleaned overall, 3.5/5 washroom"

"Room was amazing, although it was small, service was excellent staff was very good, and the best thing is food which is very delicious. Overall good experience highlly recommended to others"

"Horrible experience. They refused to acknowledge our reservation and said that they were fully booked. We had booked two months in advance. The staff was clueless and extremely unhelpful."

"Great location, beautiful house with a lovely family. "

"The room was in fair condition and the staff was courteous. I was rarely able to acess wifi but the breakfast was good."

"The hotel is near the metro station and is quiet. The room we were in was large and spacious with a very large bathroom. "
