"All in all, a good hotel, although it is located quite far from most of the main tourist attractions. Many boat tours and day trips depart from different harbors, which are usually around 20 minutes away by car, bus, or shuttle.
On our first day, we also noticed that the bathroom countertop was splattered with soap. Additionally, whenever we showered, the entire bathroom floor would get wet, as the drain placement did not seem to align properly with the slope of the shower floor.

"Looks lovely in the photos…
I was really looking forward to staying at VIU57, but unfortunately, it fell short of expectations. I emailed both through Expedia and directly to ask about an earlier check-in but received no reply.
The room fell short: no mattress protector, no complimentary water, awful instant coffee and tiny plastic bottles of shampoo and shower gel that we must have needed 10 of over the week. The duvet was too small for the bed resulting in a lot of nightly negotiation, being...

"The hotel is clean and the staff are really pleasant and helpful. The housekeepers are really good and always made sure that the room was well stocked with toiletries and teas and coffees. Donna in Ombre Cafe was amazing and welcoming.
The only negative is the evening entertainment is very poor, and that really needs to be improved."

"We were quite disappointed. Even though our room was upgraded to include the sea view, the cleanliness was lacking. Mould in the shower and generally in the bathroom, broken shower hose, dirty walls and curtains in the bedroom, hotel halls were very dirty upon arrival.
Breakfast was good, parking was provided. Bottled water in the room was a nice touch."

The hotel is in a lovely area in Attard. Malta is a great place to visit and you won’t be disappointed with the hotel as it’s marvellous. "An Unforgettable Stay with World-Class Service!
I had a absolutely phenomenal stay at the Hyatt Regency Malta. From the moment I arrived, I was completely overwhelmed by the exceptional level of service and hospitality.
What truly set this experience apart was the incredible attention to detail from the staff. During my stay, the team actually recognized me from a previous visit. Being remembered and welcomed back so warmly made me feel valued not just as a guest, but as an individual.

"Overall, our stay at Hard Rock Hotel Malta was excellent, and almost everything was perfect. However, the experience was seriously let down by the night-shift staff, whose attitude and lack of professionalism were extremely disappointing.
On our first night, when we arrived at our booked room, we were told that we were being upgraded. In reality, we were given a room with a very poor view at the back of the building, overlooking construction work, with practically nothing pleasant to look at....
