"Terminal 1 was great - 10 min WALK from the airport, clean and the checkin directions were clear. So perfect for our early flight - took away all the stress of needing a cab on a holiday am."

"Dirty floor because windows are kept open and floors not cleaned daily (evidently, or was very windy/dusty day). Bathroom window would not shut for A/C. No towel racks or hooks. Sink mirrror not lighted (hard to see face). Overall, good value and safety with caring family mangement and super easy airport access."

The hotel is clean and quiet. We loved everything about our stay here. The only negative I had was that it’s not really close to anything and transportation cost a lot to get around but that is not the hotel‘s fault. The hotel was perfect."

"The customer service was outstanding. You are right in the center of the old town and within walking distance from the Roman amphitheater and gladiator museum. Breakfast was packaged cookies and cakes. You had your own coffee pot to make coffee or tea."
