"My stay here was short but sweet with lovely, helpful staff and a luxurious room. It was a shame I had to leave so soon and had to rush breakfast as there was so much choice, even an a la carte breakfast menu in addition to the buffet. I’m not too sure how well placed the hotel was in terms of location as I got taxis mostly but the hotel is a five minute walk away or so to an underground station. "Since my stay in this hotel only 2 nights, during the day time I was traveling around the city and come back for a sleep, so I booked a room with no window, and the most basic and less expensive room, nothing fancy. the room was clean and the bathroom was clean, is good for people who just need a clean place to sleep. and is easy to walk to Taipei Main Station and airport Metro, the front desk people are nice and helpful. "

"Great staff. They were professional, helpful, and friendly. They acknowledge your presence. Housekeepers cleaned up my room very well. Around the afternoon when I requested at the lobby if I could get my room cleaned, the staff was willing to get the request out immediately to the housekeeper on my floor. Room is spacious."
