"This new hotel is absolutely gorgeous! The amenities make your stay comfortable, relaxing, and cozy. The onsen has a lovely view. Restaurant breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of options. The rooms have been thoughtfully designed. Staff are friendly, helpful, and provide service that was above & beyond. We’re already looking forward to visiting again! "

"The staff were very accommodating and kind. Our experience here has become a highlight in our Japan trip! Especially the half board menu where we experienced a hearty, well-balanced dining experience specializing in traditional Japanese food using local, fresh ingredients.
