"This guesthouse is exceptional. Especially for families, but for anyone who likes a green oasis with animals and plants in every corner. The animals are well taken care of, there are activities for kids and adults. The food is delicious. "We had a short break of 3 nights at this hotel. The rooms were nice, clean and spacious. The bed was comfortable and the cleaners did a good job of cleaning the room daily. The only downfall with the room is that there was no kettle and if needed you’d have to pay a charge for each night which I’ve never had done before. The staff were overall very friendly and helpful but upon check in I feel they could have done a better job of explaining certain things about the hotel as most hotels do. Lunch and dinner was excellent. The variety was huge and the food was very flavoursome and delicious. The breakfast was not to my liking but that’s just my experience as im particular with my breakfast. There was a lot of variety with croissants and pastries. There waterpark was also very good so I would recommend this hotel especially for families with young children"

"Notre trop court séjour à l'hôtel boutique RAM a été des plus agréables. Nous avons été accueillis avec sollicitude. L'endroit était magnifique, tout comme notre chambre et les autres pièces de la maison/hôtel. La nuit passée à l'hôtel nous a permis de nous reposer dans le calme après plusieurs jours à bourlinguer dans différentes villes au Maroc. Enfin, le petit-déjeuner nous a été servi avec courtoisie, et il était délicieux. Bref, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à l'hôtel. Nous ne manquerons pas d'y retourner lors de notre prochain séjour à Marrakech. Au plaisir,"

"Most of the staff was not friendly. The massage I got was rushed and then the massage therapist left, turned the lights off without a word. I had to fumble in the dark to turn the lights back on. The AC in the room was barely working. There were ants all over the one side of the room. The food and service at the pool bar were horrible. We literally had to get up to get a menu, to order and to let them know we were finished. I booked transportation to the airport with the hotel and they told me when it was time to leave that I had to pay the driver in cash. They should’ve mentioned that when I booked it. Also, since we left early in the morning I asked for a bagged breakfast which they said would be done but no breakfast was prepared for us. Overall not a good experience and I wouldn’t recommend this place."

"It is a great hotel. Friendly staff, conveniently located half the way between airport and the Medina. The buffet is very adequate, dinner in the other restaurant was very good . The pool is huge and nice. The drinks are very good. The only complaint is the pool: like in many other resorts, people start reserving lounge chairs and blocking the use for others. I can see chairs blocked for 4-6 hours without people using them. The staff should politely intervene . The food by the pool could have more variety . The spa/Hamman was good with excellent service and friendly staff. Another complaint here: I tried to call to reserve in advance and was impossible, nobody answered . The day I tried to schedule, everything was booked. I think the hotel had the potential to be the best on their category but they have to work in improve the experience."

"I came to stay with my daughter for her birthday. The experience was amazing. The staff are super friendly, a massive thank you to Sara, Loco and Spoofy for keeping us entertained and looked after. These guys all work super hard and it was easy to see how much the three of them love their jobs. The food was always delicious and plentiful. Thank you again for another great stay. I look forward to coming back soon."
