"WiFi was fast and stable in the hotel area. Service in the hotel was Beyond Excellent, truly loved it! In general also staff spoke quite good English especially when you compare with how much people usually in Istanbul speak English. Two improvement areas though. Noise cancellation could be better and only one of the three elevators was at this stage working. All in all, I strongly recommend this hotel for even a longer stay. "

"The hotel itself is a 5 all day. Not sure why all the pics have a fireplace and the room doesnt have it, but its summer so no big deal. Nice clean room with fancy jacuzzi. Even had headrests and changing colors etc. Nice bathroom. Bed a bit small but pretty comfy. Outdoor lounging area with privacy screen. All of it was good really. The bad is that the food wasnt great. Some was ok. Some was just bad. And service was polite and kind, but just not professional. Things came out at random times and...
