"Once inside this apartment you will enjoy the space and fabulous views out to sea. What the pictures don’t show is the entrance to the property which is up two levels in a service yard full of air conditioning units and ventilation systems from the ground floor restaurants. Directions to the property were also pretty poor. "

Downside: buildings probably date back to the eighties or thereabouts so looking very tired and in places quite shabby; room furnishment minimal and very dated; matter of luck whether the TV has any non-Greek language programs; WiFi signal spotty and weak; it’s a busy location so expect the accompanying din of traffic and people; guest laundry area would benefit from upgrade or deep clean. Overall, the outcome is satisfactory. "

"Nice pleasant apartment just off Paphos harbour and 2 mins walk from the promenade. Comfortable double bed, good kitchen amenities and a nice balcony where you could glimpse the sea if peering over the side. Only gripe would be that the balcony furniture wasn’t very comfortable and I had some issues with the blind and door onto the balcony, very stiff. Good place for a few days in Paphos although you might want to consider somehwere slightly more tucked away if looking for peace and quiet as...

"The room was immaculate! When I contacted the management company about a missing iron and hand towels, they were delivered to the flat within 15 minutes. Great customer service!!!"

"Wir hatten ein Woche gebucht und sind nach 4 Tagen abgereist. Erster Eindruck , die 116 war längere Zeit nicht belegt, durch die Baustelle vor der Tür alles voller Staub. Sauber machen war angesagt. Das Schlafsofa ist ein Klappcouch, auf der man ganz recht oder ganz links liegen kann. Die Klappvorrichtung in der Mitte verhindert normales Schlafen. "The breakfast was very varied and each dish was flavourful. Each evening we entered our room, it was freshly cleaned with some complimentary chocolates. Also, the beach view was completely unobstructed and the staff were quite friendly and welcoming."

"Rooms were clean and spacious. Showers were nice and hot. Hot tub and gym facilities were nice. Staff was super helpful. Swimming pool was cold but clean. Would’ve been great if the pool was heated. "

"La chambre est propre mais ne dispose pas de frigo, pas de bouilloire ni même de verres/tasses. Pas moyen de se faire un thé ou un café dans la chambre. Le petit-déjeuner mérite un zéro pointé : café dégueulasse, viennoiseries industrielles, confitures en barquette, très peu de choix. Le personnel ne parle pas grec, il faut communiquer avec eux dans la langue de Trump. Point positif : l'hôtel dispose d'un stationnement et se situe à proximité du front de mer."
