"Staff saw I was in line but decided to take a phone call instead & make me wait. Never told at check-in where the pool & restaurant were. Handicapped parking spaces a joke; they were narrower than regular parking spots; not fit for a car. The pictures on the web of the ocean view did not match the real view, very disappointing to pay extra for the view & not get it."

"The air conditioning was not functioning properly during our stay. Additionally, there was early construction activity in the building that caused significant noise, disrupting our sleep. The disturbance was severe enough that we ultimately had to leave the property. "

"Si muy limpió el lugar y el personal servicial el aire acondicionado muy bueno pero el servio del televisor no bueno"

"El agua de la piscina no estaba limpia, la luz de encima del lavamanos no prendio nunca, no habia nevera, habia que pedir el hielo en recepcion como si lo tuvieran controlado, preferi comprar bolsas de hielo, las camas son full no queen, el lavamanos se estacaba el agua, "

Richard ( helped on special breakfast delivery and showing us around and new rooms for future reservations) and Jan helped with baggage at check in) were very helpful going above and beyond their task to help in order to please us and to help us with our requests."
