"I will start with the positives: Room had cold A/C and good blackout curtains so I was able to sleep pretty good. "The place is fine. It's conveniently located if you are driving. I would definitely say you might want to rent the car if you're staying here, if you plan on traveling anywhere further than El Tunco. The hotel advertised a pool for every room, but neither of the pools in my two rooms was functional. The filtration systems were not working, leaving the pools cloudy and unusable.
