Booked on third party website, listed as two Queen beds. I confirmed at the front desk when I checked in. However, the room was actually two full size beds. It was clean otherwise and staff were courteous.

Need new furniture in the rooms very old and stained. The drain plug in my room sink didn’t work. Breakfast was very sad all the food very old and stale. Overall if they fix those couple of thing it wouldn’t be too bad. great customer service tho!!!

The front desk person wasn't overly friendly but seemed nice enough, and the sheets were clean but thats about where the compliments end. The condition of the hotel is pretty bad. Our room had water damage on the wall from a fire sprinkler, the tub spout was coming away from the wall and water trickled all night. The tub looked kinda gross as a result, and possibly uncleanable. The whole thing felt like the previous owner (Choice Hotels) gave up on the property and new owners reopened without addressing any issues. It's the kind of hotel I would expect to pay $60 for, not $160.

Very friendly staff. The hotel property, lobby and rooms are run down, just not well maintained. The floor was not clean in the room, but everything else seemed fairly clean, the bed had clean sheets. The hotel has seen better days, but, you get what you pay for.

It is clean, nice breakfast, quiet. Not much to do nearby, but you are only a 15-20 drive from Bush Gardens, 15 to Tampa Aquarium, etc. Its a nice quiet place to stay away from the city prices.

Clean quiet and drama free

I stayed here a little over a year ago so when I booked this trip I automatically booked here and didn't look around. I really enjoyed how clean it was and how quiet. I went out several times to smoke a little and every time I was outside at the pool I had it all to myself. I come to Tampa every now and then to spend time with my family and this hotel will always be my go-to.

Very friendly staff, might not seem much to anyone else, but after we checked out we were waiting for friends. My grandson wanted to play on his iPad and needed the wifi password. The clerk greeted him and worked with him to make sure he got connected.

Good for a quick overnight stay.

Front desk was very quick and friendly. First room only had extremely hot water…so we switched to another room. Floors were not very clean. AC was cold beds not that comfortable but it was fairly inexpensive so it was just fine for one night.

I have stayed at this property several times in the past and really like the location. It has always been fine and often very good. This time, while the check-in was very smooth and friendly, I did not have a good experience. The trucks at the truck stop next door were so noisy at all but a few hours, I did not sleep very much and finally gave up at 5:30 am. The room and bathroom were clean enough but needed to be repaired - water damage and rundown fixtures.

The facility was pleasant, the staff we met were helpful and professional. What we didn’t care for was the fact that there was a lot of leftovers left in the refrigerator that we had to remove in order to use the refrigerator. Seems like a huge oversight in housekeeping.

This hotel is in the process of remodeling. No sofa in our room as advertised. Room is halfway falling apart. Bathroom has sink and shower area all caulked up. Baseboards in the room are hanging off the wall. Could be a great place to stay but we were not informed of the condition of the room. Staff is friendly and hotel feels safe.
