"Guest Service staff was helpful in checking in and arranging the Melaka River Cruise. F&B & Kitchen staff are helpful and friendly. Even though i ordered room service 5 minutes before their closing time, they agreed to cook and send it over to my room without showing sour face. Most of the time spend hanging around Melaka so i cant comment much about the hotel. The rooms are just nice to stay if you are not a fussy type whom just need a room to sleep. "Mattress seem old, too soft and not firm, very uncomfortable to sleep. Bed sheet was very old and has turned yellowish. Shower was good. Provides drinking water with water filter. Asked for laundry bag but was given a small trash bag. Counter staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, not very satisfied with my stay in Ibis Hotel."
