Went into the room the floor was very dirty was not swept/mopped properly. There was animal poop under the couch. There were no bedsheets pillows blankets or anything for the pullout bed. There were only two lights in the room located in the kitchen. The thermostat kept changing temps on its own. The...

"Smelled of smoke, dirty everywhere, stains on floor, walls and bathroom had not been thoroughly cleaned. Hair and used washcloth remained in the tub. Will never stay here again."
